Job Description:

As a BOSS Officer based in Peth Airport, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, training, troubleshooting with respect to the Order Management module of BOSS.

Other responsibilities will be:

Streamlining the O2B process within standard policies and best practices in line with BOSS OM KPI's.
Support and work closely with BOSS Coordinator.
Responds to internal customer issues and initiates resolutions in line with finance and business procedures.
Facilitates development of reporting analysis and dashboards, enhances process controls and systems, pricing strategies, training and internal contexts.
Develops and sustains awareness with proper communication to internal stakeholders to improve O2B processes.
Works with Finance Billing Team, Finance management and businesses to develop improvement opportunities that can increase the profitability of the SGS Group.
Support to upload Price Lists.
Manage User Module in BOSS including periodic review as per global mandate.
Create Project Templates in BOSS OM as required.
Create/upload price lists or framework agreements.
Manage invoice approver settings in BOSS OM.

Qualifications:

Exposure to BOSS Oracle (or similar) ERP system.
Previous experience in finance and/or similar role.
Good working knowledge of general finance practices and processes.
Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility.
Able to work independently.
Decisionmaking, problemsolving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing change in multicultural environments.
