Job Description:


As a BOSS Officer based in Peth Airport, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, training, troubleshooting with respect to the Order Management module of BOSS.


Other responsibilities will be:

  • Streamlining the O2B process within standard policies and best practices in line with BOSS OM KPI's.
  • Support and work closely with BOSS Coordinator.
  • Responds to internal customer issues and initiates resolutions in line with finance and business procedures.
  • Facilitates development of reporting analysis and dashboards, enhances process controls and systems, pricing strategies, training and internal contexts.
  • Develops and sustains awareness with proper communication to internal stakeholders to improve O2B processes.
  • Works with Finance Billing Team, Finance management and businesses to develop improvement opportunities that can increase the profitability of the SGS Group.
  • Support to upload Price Lists.
  • Manage User Module in BOSS including periodic review as per global mandate.
  • Create Project Templates in BOSS OM as required.
  • Create/upload price lists or framework agreements.
  • Manage invoice approver settings in BOSS OM.

Qualifications:


  • Exposure to BOSS Oracle (or similar) ERP system.
  • Previous experience in finance and/or similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of general finance practices and processes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Decisionmaking, problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing change in multicultural environments.
