We are seeking an experienced Workshop Facilitator to work ad-hoc hours to prepare and facilitate workshops with a highly sought-after NSW government client.

Responsibilities

Consultation and facilitation of workshops, including preparation, working with line manager to refine sessions, working with SMEs to help synthesize content from scribes, interpreting data and information, and writing documents to highlight key findings
Connecting with stakeholders, letting them know where things are up to, and planning wayforward with their input
Selection Criteria
Experience working as a Workshop Facilitator
Ability to work adhoc hours (total between February and June 2023 (ie: half days, a couple of hours, etc)
Ability to engage a room and get information out of stakeholders (ie: additional pain points, new priorities, policy, etc)
Ability to advise on what has and hasn't worked previously
Data and technology knowledge desirable, but a data scientist will be present in workshops
Experience working with senior leaders is desirable
