You will contribute and work within a larger leadership group to ensure a consistent service delivery culture, while you:

  • Coordinate, supervise and deliver second level ICT support.
  • Manage resourcing to ensure scheduled ICT work and incident response is delivered in an effective and timely manner.
  • Provide leadership and coordinate the activities of a team.
  • Coordinate the provision of ICT services and supplies through from internal and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate local activities for business continuity and disaster recovery situations.
