Requirements:

What does it take to become a Civican?

As an Education Consultant, you will work closely with educational institutions in Adelaide, providing expert guidance and support on the implementation and utilization of Civica's education technology solutions.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, deliver training sessions, and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions.

A component of this role would be spent onsite with our customers to provide professional services.

Ideally, you will come with:

Proven experience working in the education sector, preferably in a teaching or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of education technology solutions and their implementation in schools or educational institutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel within South Australia client meetings and training sessions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions in Adelaide, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
Deliver training sessions to teachers, administrators, and staff members to ensure effective utilisation of Civica's education software.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any technical or operational issues they may encounter.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in education technology and incorporate them into your consulting approach.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Civica's education solutions by providing valuable feedback and insights from the field.
