About the role


This role is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of premium workplace health and safety training services to Victorian Chamber members and clients.

This position incorporates an 'end to end' delivery approach, which includes an array of administrative duties required to deliver our full range of Health, Safety and Wellbeing development courses.


About you

  • Minimum diploma level qualification plus minimum five years work experience in HSW or a related area;
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide professional and engaging training services;
  • Mental Health First Aid facilitator accreditation (desirable)
  • Commercially minded with an ability to recognise, develop and convert new training opportunities;
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex and specialised issues and communicate them in a userfriendly manner;
  • Broad knowledge of HSW and Workers' Compensation legislation;
  • Strong organisation, written and verbal presentation skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills.
