The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our expanding team.


The Performance Manager will work within the media team and provide best practice digital media planning, buying and performance across BM clients, always looking to buy media more effectively to drive optimal client outcomes whilst minimising environmental impact, leaning on their digital performance marketing experience and knowledge of the tools.

The role will involve managing a small team initially including an Account Executive and a Junior Account Exec.

The Performance Manager will also be heavily supported by our digital and client leadership team and will work across a broad range of clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing client accounts and overseeing campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Lead the implementation process for performance channels/tactics campaign setup, manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance inline with client objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.
  • Develop client recommendations, postanalysis, reports, and campaign post documents.
  • Implement tagging for clients to measure campaign performance and business intelligence.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Manage digital report dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Ensure accurate billing and reporting of client & platform spends.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop processes and procedures that will holistically improve campaign performance, effectiveness, and management.
  • Provide exceptional client service by ensuring smooth operations within the team, managing client and team requests in a timely manner, and managing expectations to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the Account Executive and Junior Account Executive, providing coaching, training, and inspiration to ensure they meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the cultural glue and symbols that create an inclusive and progressive workplace
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies, social media platforms, and industry developments.

Skills & Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Previous client management experience.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a clientfacing role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Experience working in campaign operations across the programmatic landscape, utilising programmatic DSP's
  • A thorough understanding of Search & bid management tools
  • Thorough understanding of tag management tools for setting up tracking and conversion goals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
