- School Officer Level 3 $38.71/Hour (Casual Rate)

About the role
- We are seeking a
casual/relief Administration and Services Officer to join our dynamic College team with serving the needs of students and families of our fast-growing community.
- The successful applicant will be primarily called upon at short notice, assisting with and supporting the varied services of the college as required.
- Availability at short notice within school hours during term time
- A passion for helping others, by assisting in many areas within the college, including Tuckshop, College Reception, Pastoral Support and First Aid Administration
- Previous experience in a front facing school administration role (strongly desired)
- Experience working with eMinerva would be considered an advantage.
- Current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate or a willingness to apply.
What you bring to the role:
- Demonstrated competency in the ability to perform administration functions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
- A helpfulness of spirit, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills,
- Previous experience in administration services particularly within a school environment,
- Excellent organisational skills, demonstrated initiative, great attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion,
- Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
