We are seeking talented Relationship Analysts for this hands-on development opportunity, supporting a dynamic team of Corporate Agribusiness Relationship Managers. This role is ideal for an accountant or an existing analyst who can provide specialised banking services to their client base. The right candidate can be based from most Australian locations.

YOU | You will have proven experience in a complex retail, commercial banking or accounting. Given the complexity of the portfolio in question, strong financial acumen and a developed understanding of cash flow lending is essential. You will be enthusiastic about building strong professional relationships and have a desire to expand on your knowledge and experience in the corporate agribusiness segment. You will also possess:

• Effective relationship management skills

• Previous credit/cash-flow analysis experience within the SME, Corporate or Commercial Banking sectors (highly desirable)

• A consistent professional brand and exemplary communications skills

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or similar a business capacity

THE ROLE | You will have an opportunity to showcase your skills and assist with the management of a premium portfolio of agribusiness clients. Gain exposure to complex corporate client structures whilst building your relationship management abilities to support a number of key client portfolios.

• Researching and preparing credit submissions

• Liaising with and providing solutions for an existing portfolio of clients

• Conducting reviews and identifying opportunities to improve existing portfolio service levels

• Working with varied stakeholders across the business

• Understand the local market, providing actionable insights to relationship managers and senior management

• Assist in meeting revenue and compliance targets
