The Role:


About the role:


  • Manage day to day operations of the store including rostering, stock processing and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilise effective merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Use initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance store performance.

Skills and experience required:


  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for cooking and kitchenware products.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Proven track record of reliability and initiative.
