THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Valuer for QVA, you will be working in a future focused team responsible for the delivery of valuation services and supporting QVA's continued growth and success.


Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be working in, a future focused team responsible for the delivery of valuation services, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and compliance.

You will work alongside other Valuers and support Senior Valuers, Contract Managers and the QVA Manager with the team's continued growth of capability and revenue.

ABOUT YOU

What you're responsible for

  • You will manage your designated area, ensuring compliance with all valuation standards and procedures while meeting set targets.
  • Your responsibilities include conducting producing timely and quality valuations,, and engaging in supplementary valuation tasks for a variety of property types.
  • You will work closely with Senior Valuers and Contract Managers to resolve issues, complete audits, and maintain uptodate industry knowledge.
  • Additionally, you are expected to build strong professional relationships, assist in team health and safety compliance, and occasionally stand in for Senior Valuers.

Your skills & experience

  • Ideally you will possess an understanding of relevant legislation and standards, valuation experience with varied properties, and excellent communication, analytical, and timemanagement skills.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have some experience in property valuation across various types, and be able to manage sensitive information with integrity.
  • API membership. Certified Practising Valuer status will be advantageous.
  • Additionally, you should be a proactive, collaborative individual, capable of producing highquality work efficiently and adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.
  • Previous NSW rating and revaluation experience advantageous but not essential.
