About You:

As our 4WD Training Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch training services.

Here's a glimpse of your exciting role:

  • Planning and executing quality 4WD training sessions, both onsite and within our stateoftheart facilities.
  • Sharing your love for 4WD adventures by delivering engaging and informative training aligned with relevant units of competency.
  • Assessing the competency of trainees against specific 4WDrelated units of competency.
  • Crafting flexible learning and assessment strategies to cater to the unique needs of 4WD enthusiasts.
  • Leveraging your handson experience as a 4WD expert to contribute valuable insights for ongoing training resource development.
  • Playing a handson role in maintaining our facilities and equipment associated with 4WD training.

Your Skills and Experience:


To be our ideal 4WD Trainer, you should:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
  • Bring your extensive handson experience and knowledge in the world of 4WD adventures.
  • Showcase recent work experience related to 4WD training (within the last 2 years).
  • Demonstrate your expertise in 4WDrelated units of competency.
  • Embrace the physical demands of an active role in 4WD training.
  • Be enthusiastic about contributing to ongoing Vocational Education & Training in the 4WD domain.
  • Approach preemployment and ongoing medical and drug tests with confidence.

Pay:
$85, $115,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
