The Case Management Platform (CMP) team is responsible for driving the architecture, design and governance technology roadmap for the Group.


Here, you will be a senior team member in the Case Management Capability team who are responsible for driving the architecture, design and governance technology roadmap for the Group.

Group Operations are the transaction champions of Enterprise Services — working to ensure the production, validation and fulfilment of all consumer and commercial financial transactions and trades on behalf of the Group.

You will work alongside a fantastic team of people, and highly invested managers focused on your career progression.


We are seeking people who are:

  • Passionate about managing a team of Workflow Engineers to create world class Pega solutions
  • Ready to undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Capable to act as an escalation, advice, and decisionmaking point for Pega Case Management.
  • Can bring the latest practices into the team and help guide the team to engineering outcomes.

We are also interested in hearing from people who:

  • Review and contribute to all reference architecture and Platform initiatives which impact or involve Pega.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, directions, and best practices.
  • Experts in troubleshooting of implementation, environment and deployment issues.
  • Can Implement best practices in PEGA Architecture, design & coding

Tech skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team

  • Process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred.
  • Objectoriented analysis and design skills and system integration skill
  • Designing and developing processbased solutions or BPM (business process management)
  • Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence
  • SingleSignOn, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc
  • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (mandatory)
  • Certified Lead System Architect (CSSA) (Optional)
