About the Position:
We are currently looking for a talented Business Operations Manager who will be in the driver seat to implement best practice across sales process, systems, reporting, campaign management and execution.
The individual must be a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects across both local and international stakeholders.
The individual should have a deep understanding of the media and digital advertising industry, including the ins and outs of programmatic deals.
They should have a passion for video, advanced TV, and the rapidly changing way consumers are viewing premium content across all screens.
Strong communication skills are a must.

Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, product development and other technical processes
- Ensure documentation accurately reflects changes in a product, services, or process and Develop/maintain support tools to service the organization as it relates to using our sales systems
- Develop, maintain, implement and support Sales Operation processes, policies and workflows
- Develop/design, implement, and oversee BD Salesforce processes
- Develop/design, implement, and support IO intake processes
- Streamline and support Ad Operations (CAS) processes across local region
- Drive on boarding of new products into existing sales systems, including initial operational set up and ongoing governance
- Report sales performance via various platforms including salesforce, SSP's, DSP, DOMO etc
- Create, maintain, and distribute uptodate departmental reports as requested, including driver based analysis that will improve sales performance and efficiencies
- Management of portfolio allocations across system and teams
- Drive continuous improvement across sales operational processes
- Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Assist in other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
Background/Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of the current media landscape, with knowledge of Australia's digital and CTV advertising space.
- 10+ years of industry or relatable experience supporting the Advertising Sales function
- 5+ years experience working with Salesforce in a similar role
- 5+ years experience working with Operative/Campaign Management systems
- 3+ years experience managing crossfunctional and/or crossregional projects
- 3+ years experience working with Ad Ops
- 10+ years Advanced MS Office and/or Google skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc
- Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizations
- Selfmotivated, assertive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
