Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a
Hire Coordinator to cover a
6-month maternity period in our Head Office in Osborne Park.
Reporting directly to the General Manager
- Plant
- All plant and equipment hire requests
- Supplying quotes to various projects
- Monitoring and actioning rate increases by suppliers
- Keeping accurate records of plant and equipment hires including rates, attachments, onhire and offhire documentation
- Keeping accurate utilisation reports for all projects
- Reconciling monthly invoices and raising purchase orders using our system
- Liaising with Plant Hire personnel to coordinate onhire and offhire inspections
- Assisting with transport coordination of all Plant and Equipment when required
- Creating and managing Hire Agreements for all hired equipment
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Demonstrated administrative skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of document management processes and practices
- Proficient use and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of the construction/mining industry
- Previous experience using Visio, Viewpoint and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to utilise and update excel spreadsheets/matrices & databases
- Construction Card
