Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a

Hire Coordinator to cover a

6-month maternity period in our Head Office in Osborne Park.

Reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Plant
, you will be responsible for:


  • All plant and equipment hire requests
  • Supplying quotes to various projects
  • Monitoring and actioning rate increases by suppliers
  • Keeping accurate records of plant and equipment hires including rates, attachments, onhire and offhire documentation
  • Keeping accurate utilisation reports for all projects
  • Reconciling monthly invoices and raising purchase orders using our system
  • Liaising with Plant Hire personnel to coordinate onhire and offhire inspections
  • Assisting with transport coordination of all Plant and Equipment when required
  • Creating and managing Hire Agreements for all hired equipment

To be successful, you will have the following:

  • Demonstrated administrative skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of document management processes and practices
  • Proficient use and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of the construction/mining industry
  • Previous experience using Visio, Viewpoint and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise and update excel spreadsheets/matrices & databases
  • Construction Card
- 'C' class Driver's license
