We are seeking a Water Service Coordinator to join our team based in Balmain.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

PERSOLKELLY has partnered with one of the leading Sydney Water Accredited Contractors. We are looking for an experienced Water Servicing Contractor/Administration Assistant to join their growing, friendly, and close-knit team. This is a permanent full-time position, with a salary package on offer based on experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a WSC with Sydney Water would be extremely beneficial (but not mandatory),
Understanding of relevant software (MS packages excel, word, outlook),
Individual must have excellent time management skills (due to the fastpaced environment) with strong attention to detail,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Driver's license required (to assist with fieldwork and site inspections if/when required).

Tasks &responsibilities

Minor project management assisting on projects from early quoting stages through to commencement and completion,
Undertaking fieldwork and site inspections if/when required,
Liaising with Sydney Water, developers, architects, engineers, and constructors to facilitate Sydney Water and the commencement/completion of projects.
