Your Opportunity

Handling incoming phone calls
Managing meeting rooms
Ensuring visitors sign in on arrival in the reception area
Coordinating and organising internal events
Coordination of internal staff travel
Ordering stationary and food for the office
Housekeeping of the kitchen, management and end of day duties
Opening and closing the office

About You

Experience working in a customer service focused position such as office administration/reception or customer contact centre
Advanced skills in Office 365 Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Great customer service, and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and solutions focused
You need to be able to work full time in the office 8:00am4.30pm
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
A willingness to learn and be mentored
