THE ROLE


The Customer Support Specialist is an integral part of the broader Customer Care team, handling complex customer queries and complaints.

The intention of this role is to provide the necessary information to help resolve issues and ensure our families are receiving the very best in customer service.


Key tasks include:

  • Complaint management ensure customer queries are managed efficiently and effectively within required timeframes
  • Support the Customer Care Manager with reporting insights from complaints and escalations Support the customer journey by completing administrative tasks and undergo relevant investigation for additional information
  • Coordinate key processes such as Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) claims and associated tasks
  • Supporting the Service Delivery team with family enquiries and complaint resolution and handling
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.


ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a busy, telephone based customer service role and the desire to provide exceptional customer care
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Ideally some experience with ACCS claims
