About the role
***This role is responsible for the execution of the partner marketing strategy at Standards Australia. This highly collaborative role will see you work closely with sales and marketing teams from Standards Australia's partner organisations to deliver on all relevant tactical activities. You will also play a key role in delivering a new referral program for the Standards Australia Store (our direct-to-customer ecommerce platform) that will help to increase standards access and affordability for industry.

What you'll do

  • Delivering briefing packs on Standards Australia content and products (in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager) to support partner marketing activity.
  • Developing joint marketing plans to launch new commercial partnerships and coordinating all tactical activity agreed within the plan.
  • Ongoing relationship management of partner organisations including managing requests, rolling out new initiatives, and coming up with new ideas to help partners succeed.
  • Managing the rollout of the new Standards Australia Store referral program in market including marketing planning, asset development, operations (e.g., voucher code setup) and reporting.
  • Working with the Commercial Partnerships and Standards Australia Store teams to leverage partnership opportunities to promote their own initiatives (e.g., sponsorships, events).

  • Working with thirdparty organisations to deliver marketing campaigns and activity.
  • Project management and coordinating crossfunctional teams.
  • Analysing relevant data points to prove the effectiveness of marketing activity.
  • Managing agencies and external vendors to deliver projects.
  • Working with sales and marketing people to identify resources and activity to support their roles.
  • Managing competing priorities and confidently making recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working independently in a wellorganised and structured manner, while also collaborating openly and proactively with team members to get things done.
