The Role

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the Residence as well as the family's office based in Sydney's CBD.

This role is reporting to the House Manager and will be part of a small team of staff based at the residence.

Your duties will include;

Managing Reactive and Preventative Maintenance
Minor property repairs (i.e. light bulbs, door hinges, etc)
Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies
Upkeep of gardens and entranceways
Work closely with the House Manager
Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely
Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs

To be suitable for this role, you must have:

Must have previous experience and background in all areas of hands-on maintenance
Qualifications in trade or traderelated enterprises would be beneficial but not essential
Basic computer skills
Have a friendly team player demeanor and be able to take instruction
Excellent communication skills
Have a valid driver's license and car
