About the Role


As a Maintenance Coordinator you will work as part of the ATOM Engineering team in ensuring the delivery of maintenance via ATOM's service provider as well as ATOMs' Operations team in ensuring effective oversight of the delivery of maintenance activities.

You will play an active role in this area. The key focal points in this role will be to
- provide support to ATOM operations in achieving improvements and outcomes for the facility
- maximise the delivery efficiency, performance and productivity of ATOM service provider.
- deliver successful outcomes through key stakeholder management.
- support the development of defensible budgets, scopes and schedules.


About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3 years experience in maintenance management and administration of maintenance schedules.
  • Engineering or coordination experience from within consulting field or sitebased construction supervisory experience (eg. mechanical, pipelines, electrical or structural/civil).
  • Understanding of or experience in performing auditing and assurance in accordance with processes, procedures and technical requirements to achieve requirements.
  • Ability to manage the expectations of the role with appropriate and professional assertiveness.
  • Technical knowledge and can contribute to support discussions as well as reviews (construction, risk, design, stakeholder engagement, operations etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence outcomes across all organizational levels.
  • Good understanding of bulk fuel terminals or a similar industry is desirable.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
  • Hold valid permanent work rights in Australia for this fulltime position.
