What you'll contribute to


The Quality and Service Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of customer first activities including customer support, service operation foundations and training, in-field product performance and support, warranty, quality planning and engineering in order to retain customers for life through optimised experiences, services and products to grow the market, contribute to profitability objectives and strengthen the Toyota brand.


The Field Action Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and preparing for the implementation of Field Actions through preparing and optimising business systems and processes for the Product Compliance team in order to achieve optimum customer satisfaction and support whilst ensuring consistent compliance with TMCA standards and legal requirements in all aspects of implementation and ongoing monitoring of Field Actions.

This role is based in Altona North and is on a Max term basis.


How you'll make an impact- Implement agreed business processes and procedures for the Product Compliance team to achieve Warranty team objectives and compliance obligations.- Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities. Maintain and prepare monthly reports and schedules as required in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.- Prepare field action Database and coordinate the gathering, summary and analysis of information for the Product Compliance team.- Prepare and distributes reports, technical information and presentations in order to inform sound decision making.- Assist with budgets by coordinating inputs from the Warranty team and monitors performance to target to ensure management can understand and control any significant costs.- Assist stakeholders with general warranty and compliance activities, including resolving queries and issues, and escalating matters to minimise risk.- Liaise with relevant government authorities to source registration data as well as coordinating and preparing relevant authority compliance reports.- Coordinates forums/meetings to ensure that team plans, goals and objectives are clearly communicated and understood by the team and relevant stakeholders.


Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.- 2+ years' accumulative experience in relevant automotive roles (desirable)- Experience and high-level proficiency in data management software (e.g.

Oracle, Alteryx)- Experience using SAP (desirable)- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Strong people skills and experience in customer or supplier facing roles.- Strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all.- Excellent problem solving and lateral thinking skills.
