THE ROLE

This role sits in the company's Belrose site, working in a small team, you will be the first or last point of contact for all customers.

Your day will look a little like this;

  • Meet and greet customers, drivers, interact with your portfolio of operators.
  • Get involved and coordinate onsite inductions.
  • Learn to run and operate a weighbridge.
  • Monitor and maintain customer records.
  • Process payments via, cash, eftpos and account transactions.
  • Reconcile payments daily.
  • Data bases management
  • Working in your own demountable, away from head office, in a team of three
