What's in it for you?


As our Executive Communications Leader to the CEO and Deputy CEO, EY Oceania, you will play a critical role in crafting and delivering the messages for the CEO and Deputy CEO, EY Oceania - helping to shape the firm's narrative, and ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and values.

You will be the key architect of the CEO and Deputy CEO's external and internal communications, enhancing their presence and influence.

This exceptional opportunity is strategic, entrepreneurial, practical and relational.

You will be proactively identifying opportunities for the CEO and Deputy CEO to contribute to public debate and exert network influence in support of EY Oceania's objectives, working closely with the Strategic Communications Leader to ensure the CEO and Deputy CEO's public profile directly supports EY's strategic agenda.


What we're looking for

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic communications leadership roles with a track record of successfully shaping executive narratives and influencing public opinion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the full potential of the CEO and Deputy CEO's role to drive organisational strategy and objectives.
  • High level relationship management and interpersonal skills, including appreciating the nuances of the CEO and Deputy CEO's networks and relationships at a deep level.
  • Proofreading, subediting and advice on level content.
  • Ability to act as a 'sensecheck' sounding board for the CEO and Deputy CEO.
  • High level strategic communications thinking.
