About the opportunity
We are looking for a document controller to work with our estimating and project teams.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Balcatta office and is responsible for providing document support for project management, engineering, and quality processes.

Success in this role will be driven by your ability to build relationships with stakeholders and deliver quality outcomes.


Responsibilities of the role:


  • Work with the project team to ensure all activities are maintained with regard to incoming and outgoing documents, to meet required time schedules.
  • Maintenance of the document management system.
  • Registration of documents & workflow management.
  • Generating reports.
  • Communication with stakeholders including consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with RJV quality systems.

Your skills and experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of document management systems and strong MS Office skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Understanding of civil construction would be beneficial.
