The Role
***This progressive agency is currently seeking an experienced Sales Support to assist their team with the day to day administrative and marketing tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate professional to progress their career and be part of a high-performing team.


Duties

  • Sales Support and supporting a high performing team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Answering and routing all calls through to the appropriate team member
  • Compliance Control
  • Marketing, advertising and uploading properties online
  • Processing listings and sales
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and in line with the company processes
  • Ensuring office is clean and tidy, and supplies are well stocked
  • 2 years Real Estate experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems
  • Agent Box
  • A love and passion for the industry
