Mortgage Broker - South Melbourne

Responsibilities:

Analysing and researching client credit requirements and making the files ready for submission
Accurately manage and execute all loan submissions (lodgement through to post settlement)
Actively managing the client relationships through regular updates and support throughout the home loan process
Ensuring all documentation has been collated and signed
Ensuring all deals are prepared for settlement

Skills and Experience Required:

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage broking (completed or underway) or A diploma in Financial Services desirable
2 years experience in the mortgage broking industry or 2 years of branch lending experience
Demonstrated mortgage broker industry experience (residential and investment lending)
Strong work ethic and the ability to selfmanage
A high attention to detail
