We have an exciting opportunity in the Service Enablement team for a Service Portfolio and Catalogue Manager.
Reporting into Service Enablement Manager you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the portfolio of IT services in line with best practice and the eHealth NSW Service Lifecycle Framework, and ensuring the IT Service Catalogue is updated with easily consumable information for available services.
The role requires collaboration across eHealth directorates and multiple key stakeholders to contribute to the design, monitoring and optimisation of services to ensure business expectations are being met.
This role will be based within the Service Enablement team and will be a key role in delivering Service Portfolio and Service Catalogue Management related activities for a significant Service Management change program within the eHealth NSW Customer Services (CS) branch.
About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- Demonstrate a collaborative and team-centric approach
- Thorough understanding of all ITIL practices and indepth knowledge of how these practices interact with Service Portfolio and Service Catalogue Management
- A handson approach as well as the ability to think strategically to ensure outcomes are aligned with eHealth objectives
- Handson ServiceNow experience in Request Catalogue, Service Catalogue, Service Portfolio and/or Application Portfolio
