Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), you will be accountable for the financial planning, performance management and analysis of Chisholm Institute and its controlled entities' financial performance and support the CFO in the implementation of Chisholm's financial strategy.

This position is a key role within the Chisholm Leadership Group (CLG).

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Driving financial and operational performance through the provision of analysis, business intelligence and data governance
  • Provide complex modelling, analysis and judgement
  • Provide specialist expertise and advice to managers and the Executive Director's Group (EDG)
  • Drive the finance business partner model to deliver effective value add and service that enable decisionmaking and support to managers.
  • Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy

ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce or similar. You will be a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).


You are highly organised and motivated and will have experience in providing complex financial and accounting advise, analysis and financial modelling.

A proactive, can-do attitude is crucial when working with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience with CiAnywhere, Power BI and having worked in higher/vocational education environment is desirable but not essential.
