Key Responsibilities
- User Experience (UX)
Design:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, user journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- User Interface (UI)
Design:
Create visually appealing and pixel-perfect user interfaces that align with the brand identity and maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.
- Design Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design requirements, goals, and project scope while ensuring the user's needs and business objectives are met.
- Interaction
Design:
Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and validate ideas with usability testing and user feedback.
- Responsive
Design:
Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement, then iterate on designs to enhance usability.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system, including design patterns, style guides, and UI components.
- Cross-
Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process, advocating for user-centric solutions.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to make products inclusive and usable for all users.
- User Insights: Use datadriven insights, analytics, and user behaviour research to inform design decisions and continually optimise user experiences.
- Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design processes and deliver highquality results.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
- Design Presentations: Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, communicating design decisions effectively and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a track record of creating innovative and usercentred designs.
- UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma, or similar.
- Interaction
Design:
Strong understanding of interaction design, micro-interactions, and prototyping to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- User Research: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to drive projects from concept to implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into userfriendly interfaces and experiences.
- Prototyping: Experience creating interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and iterate on ideas effectively.
- User-
Centered Approach:
Deep understanding of user-centred design processes and a passion for advocating for the end-user throughout the design process.
- Visual
Design:
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
