    Our customer focused proposition and enthusiastic, committed team has helped generate significant growth and we now have a number of opportunities for business to business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further.


    Your role as a Business Banking Manager is to build customer engagement with existing small business customers primarily within your area and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

    Permanent, Full-time What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Participation in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling Providing high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio Retention and growth of existing customers Ability to understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals.

    Contribution to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning.

    Meeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.


    Engaging with existing small business customers Management of a team-based customer portfolio Maintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
