With a diverse portfolio of assets around the Perth CBD and Metro area, they offer an experienced property professional the opportunity to work in their small team and take ownership over the management of the portfolio.

Additional duties include:

Management and execution of property management services including liaison with tenants.
Preparation of budgets, outgoings, reconciliations and audits.
Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
Carrying out inspections.
Facilities management and organising of maintenance.
3+ years experience managing your own commercial portfolio.
Fantastic communication and tenant relationship management skills.
High attention to detail.
Proactive and organised approach to property management.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Experienced using RELEASED software highly advantageous.
