We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Product and Brand Marketing Manager for Power Tools Accessories.

The role will be based at our Headquarters in Clayton and is a permanent full-time opportunity.


Key Accountabilities include:

  • Implementation of product and brand strategy to achieve sales, market share and profitability targets in Oceania.
  • Managing all aspects of marketing mix tin the Oceania market, including Product range definition; new products introduction and lifecycle management; competitive price positioning; distribution strategy; and promotional activities
  • Development and implementation of strong marketing initiatives, launch activities and promotional campaigns to drive sales team towards achieving the accessories sales goals.
  • Development of Marketing Plan in collaboration with national and international stakeholders along with defining objectives, strategy and budget.
  • Collaborate with the communications marketing team to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and brand awareness
  • Work closely with the sales team to expand accessories listings in key accounts and ensure successful product launches
  • Creation, Maintenance and Organisation of end user communication in collaboration with the local brand communication and global brand management team (i.e. SEA, SEO, Brand websites, end user data base) including management of all local data security topics

We are looking for a talented individual who possesses superb entrepreneurial skills, who loves questioning the status quo, challenging themselves and those around them and most of all; a proven leader in everything they do.

You need to be intrinsicly motivated, be able to manage diverse topics and priorities, be highly flexible and able to establish effective relationships across all levels of our organisation.

To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, International Business, or relevant business discipline. Or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, selfdiscipline & selfdevelopment mindset
  • Sheer determination to succeed, great work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Experience in Adobe Suite, and SAP
  • Branding expertise along with a good understanding of UX related information and purchase decision of professional users
  • High sales affinity and good understanding of the B2B retailer landscape
  • Prior exposure to agile work teams and the ability to remain flexible in ambiguous situations
  • Open and respectful towards diverse work environment

Other desirable attributes:

  • Proven experience in product/brand or account management
  • Power Tools accessories product knowledge with local market/industry experience
  • Experience in Social Media Advertising, Marketing Automation
  • Knowledge of CRM User Segmentation & Personalisation, Website CMS, User Database, Power BI.
