Our client is a market leader in the Auto Electrical industry. They specialise in Auto Electrical repairs & Off-Grid Touring Setups for 4WDs & Caravans.

They are focused on quality customer service, as they lead from the front with their product range & service offerings.

As they are experiencing unprecedented growth, there is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager that can add value to the business operations framework for the future.

The Scope of works:

To be successful in this role, the desired experience would be beneficial:

Strong operational management experience
Software skills from SimPro desirable but not essential
Be trade qualified Auto Electrician & hold an ARCTick License (Air-Con)
Be a proactive & professional leader in the Auto-Electrical & AC departments
Guide Quality Assurance & compliance for the Off-Grid Touring department
Demonstrate a 'hands on' management style and lead a professional team
Offer expert advice to customers via your Auto Electrical aptitude
Be focussed on positive people management skills
Ability to motivate team members to reach desired outcomes
Coordinate Workshop flow & manage technicians work programs
Formulate quotations & customise client solutions
Build & maintain existing & future Trade relationships
Oversee business targets, strategy & workshop deliverables
Be a positive team performer, that offers a positive service
