National Network Coordination is responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of the National Archives' physical presence and statutory functions across a network of state and territory offices in Australia.

This includes collection management, archival services, access, public engagement, digitisation and relevant state and territory stakeholder management responsibilities.


National Network Coordination is seeking an experienced professional to manage the Queensland state office and represent National Archives in Queensland.

The successful applicant will lead a small team engaged in managing, promoting and providing access to the national archival collection in Queensland.


Eligibility:
Applicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance


Requirement:
Tertiary qualifications, and/or demonstrated work experience, in archives or information management, or a related field is highly desirable.
