- Processing new business invoices, including amendments and cancellations
- Liaising with builders, brokers, government agencies
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners
- High customer service & administration standards
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to think on your feet with high problem solving skills
