This great opportunity will support the team in processing, administering and coordinating policies, you will engage with the wider business and stakeholders.


On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business invoices, including amendments and cancellations
  • Liaising with builders, brokers, government agencies
  • Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners
  • High customer service & administration standards
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think on your feet with high problem solving skills
- high level of computer skills
