About the role

The purpose of this role is to contribute to resident care through the provision of clinical support tasks within Cooinda House under the direction and supervision of an allied health professional (primarily physiotherapy).

The position aims to promote, maintain, and enhance resident's health, functional ability, and quality of life.
About you

Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly desirable. Willingness to enrol and complete a related Certificate Course within an appropriate time-frame may be a condition of employment.


Relevant qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • Certificate IV in Community Services Work
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care Work
  • Certificate IV in Disability Work
  • Diploma of Disability Work
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health Work
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Information, Advice and Referral)
