Our users are medical staff and our clients are providers in healthcare systems across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
About the job
We are seeking an Offshore Manager to lead, and optimise, our offshore team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, In this role you'll work with the Placement and Credentialing, and Sales teams to implement lean and continuous improvement and improve efficiencies to ensure streamlined operations for Medrecruit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to implement Lean and Continuous Improvement, reducing waste and improving efficiencies to ensure streamlined operations in line with our business growth and offshoring strategy.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure quality service and delivery across the business.
- Develop relationships with, and service key customer groups to ensure superior delivery service and help solve any issues that arise.
- Working with the Head of Operations to manage budgets and costs for the Offshore team.
- Work with Medrecruit Sales Managers, Placement Managers and DPI Lead to ensure Offshoring strategy aligns with business needs.
- Align your team to the company mission and goals, and the overall culture of the business.
- Foster positive internal relationships and promote and support a culture of compliance, collaboration and excellence.
- Manage all direct reports in accordance with the relevant employment legislation and internal policy and governance documents. Manage team workload.
Qualifications & Experience
To best succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Experience managing remote and offshore teams
- Experience in strategic planning preferred Strong understanding of recruitment, labour hire and recruitment support functions
