About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and pragmatic People & Culture Partner to join our expanding and dynamic enterprise.

Highly regarded, the People & Culture function is viewed as a vital contributor, driving business strategy and operational excellence across a 7 branch National footprint.

As a key additional team member, you'll be working hours per week (flexibly) supporting the National People & Culture Manager who has been seconded within the business to project manage a separate commercial assignment.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Preparation and coordination of employment contracts and employmentrelated documentation
  • Onboarding and coordination of induction programs and ongoing associated lifecycle employment changes documentation
  • Manage probation reviews and offboarding, and all associated documentation
  • Provide broad HR administrative assistance
  • Be a point of contact for general HR enquiries
  • Provide generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Undertake policy and procedure updates and revisions
  • Assist in HR project related work (organisational culture, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives)

About You
To be considered for this role you will possess a proactive approach towards work and discretion with confidential information combined with:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, a relevant degree or studying towards an HR qualification
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, HR practices and processes
  • High attention to detail and strong internal customer service focus
  • Maturity and a sense of urgency
  • An analytical and pragmatic style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

We supply glass and plastic bottles, jars, containers, closures, cartons, dividers, cans, flexible and bulk packaging to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health care, wine, oil, spirit, industrial, agricultural, pet care, personal care and cosmetic sectors from seven Packaging Plaza Showrooms and Distribution Centres across the Nation.
