Diplomatik currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced parks and gardens personnel for a team leader position with one of our clients located from a yard in
Belmont. Our client has multiple projects across the Perth region with the bulk of work involving property service maintenance and turf management. Start time is 6am Monday-Friday with a typical week at 40 hours per week.


Duties of the role

  • Team Leader will operate a range of mowing equipment, observing correct operating and safety instructions and ensure all team members observe safety requirements.
  • The ability to set goals and objectives for team members.
  • Extensive experience in mowing including leading a team and operating a ride on mower plus other hand tools
  • Planning and organisational skills that are results orientated.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices and an ability to promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Essential Requirements

  • MR Licence minimum
  • Extensive experience in ride on mowers
  • Ideal applicant will have some experience leading a small team
