The client
Our client is a privately owned opportunistic developer with a proven track record in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

They have a substantial development pipeline which includes large industrial estates and multiple smaller industrial sites in NSW, VIC, and QLD.


The role

Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Development Manager to join their team of 12 development professionals.

Reporting to a highly regarded Development Director, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage Development Infrastructure, Design, Legal or Planning Issues
  • Preparation & Review of Feasibilities, & PCG Quarterly Forecasts
  • Recommendation & Decisions on Final Design & Development Parameters
  • Liaise with Relevant Councils in Relation to all Project Related Matters
  • Ensuring Project Budgets, Forecasts & Feasibilities are Achieved

Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as a Development Manager ideally in industrial however other asset classes such as residential, retail, and commercial will be strongly considered


Other key requirements include:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
  • Ideally 5 + Years Experience as a Development Manager
  • Full Lifecycle Development Experience
  • Can Resolve Complex/Technical Issues in a Practical Manner
  • Ability to work Independently & Make Decisions
