About the role


Reporting to the Planning & Logistics Lead, we are looking seeking a motivated and positive professional to provide ongoing support and leadership to our growing Planning team.

- Full time position within a high performing team

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate, plan, schedule, and forecast works with a focus on priorities, sequences, and required delivery dates
  • Ensure labour and equipment demands are met within set time frames Provide advice, service support and technical information to various areas within the business unit
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of processes or systems
  • Coordinate complex breakdown and critical path project planning using alternate solutions in high pressure situations.
  • Liaise with clients and thirdparty suppliers to ensure ongoing support for additional personnel and equipment requirements across a variety of projects.
  • Lead planning of personnel and equipment plans for major shutdowns
  • Produce forecasts to identify peak requirements for labour & equipment, providing our tendering team with assistance in quoting and preparing subsequent budget reports and business cases for the purchase of additional assets or hire of crew.
  • Assist with ongoing training and upskill opportunities with the Planning team
  • Maintain internal planning policies & procedures and ensure clear communication of all clientdirected requirements relating to fatigue management, compliance, and fitness for work.
  • Provide technical support and direction to internal recruitment staff for all blue
- collar roles.

  • Prior leadership experience, highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Cando attitude, willingness to work well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving ability with a solution focused mindset
  • Experience with all MS Office programs and scheduling software
