You will be working across editorial, product and marketing to deliver key strategic projects.

The UX & Design Manager will be able to shape the visual narrative, identity and voice of the supermarket brands online channels.

The position also offers the opportunity for someone to come in and build their own team of Designers who you will work closely with to collaborate on projects from start to finish.

Whilst doing this you will be working side by side with both the Product and Delivery teams to understand project goals.

Key Requirements

Significant experience around UX & Design
Strong experience in mobile design
Minimum 5 years working within a Digital Team
Hands on experience of creating and using design systems
Proficient industry knowledge of Design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative suite
Someone who has preferably led a team of Designers previously
Excellent verbal / written skills, with the ability to articulate ideas
Experience in eCommerce
