Our
Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team within
Deals helps clients understand and quantify the value of businesses and the implications of investment choices on value throughout the lifecycle of a business.
We deliver valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments to support regulatory requirements, commercial decision making, a transaction or to comply with legislation, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
We are looking for a
Manager to take our team to the next level, as we assist our clients to make better business decisions and provide commercial insights.
Your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout and you'll learn plenty as you provide robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
Experienced in
corporate valuations, you'll be part of a team solving, managing and delivering valuations on client engagements across a wide range of industries.
- Financial reporting and tax related valuations including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and private equity funds, impairment testing and employee share schemes
- Valuation advice in the context of a transaction including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital management
- Independent Expert Reports or Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactions
- Portfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to better inform key investment choices
- Coaching to develop a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery
