The Role

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with strategy development for Beacon loyalty programs
Develop loyalty campaigns (including promotional communications and automated customer journeys) that drive revenue through acquisition, retention, crosssell and upsell
Design and execute testing strategies based on key hypotheses to deliver actionable learnings that contribute to both business and channel growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and goals, and manage all requests designed for loyalty campaigns
Understand and analyse campaign performance metrics to communicate regular KPI reports & performance trends

About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Excellent written communication skills and basic HTML coding skills with the ability to problem solve
Experience managing privacy (CAN-SPAM, CASL) compliance preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a competence in reviewing and understanding data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas
