About the role
CBUS Super has an opportunity for a Marketing Consultant to join our Brand, Narrative, and Industry Partnerships team.


As a market leader in the superannuation industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services and outcomes for our members.


In this role, you will be responsible for executing brand and marketing materials that support the fund's Workplace Servicing team.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive mutual growth and success.

Your expertise in marketing and communications will be vital in ensuring that all agreed brand and marketing deliverables are executed via our Workplace Services team compliantly and on time.


About you
As a Marketing Consultant, you should possess a strong background in member/ customer centric marketing.

Demonstrable range of marketing and communication channels: digital, merchandise, advertising, direct mail and others. Experience in environments delivering in high volumes such as retail or local area marketing is desirable.

Relationship building skills:
building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers will be a core aspect of your role. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to collaborate will ensure successful relationships and fruitful outcomes.

Process improvement skills:

Identifying, planning and implementing processes to help improve timings of deliverables and recognise cost efficiencies for the fund, with a heavy focus on merchandise management.
