Description
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic Yard Hand to join our award-winning automotive dealership

As the Yard Hand you will be responsible for preparing vehicles prior to going into the workshop and organising the vehicle storage yard as necessary


Key Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to Northpoint's common purpose & values.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to our HSEC requirements.
  • Organise the vehicle storage yard and get vehicles out in an efficient manner (who doesn't love Tetris?).
  • Fill new vehicles with fuel, remove vehicles transport wraps and remove factory fitted hub caps prior to vehicles entering the workshop
  • Work with a highly motivated team and be an essential support to the service team.
  • Create 'Memorable experiences' for our Guests.
  • Perform support tasks for the Service Manager to assist with vehicle delivery.
  • General workshop cleaning and yard cleaning as required.

Skills and experience:


Skills & Experience:


  • Commitment to safety is a MUST.
  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Current 'C' class drivers licence ability to drive a manual essential.
We are offering above award pay, Days and Afternoon Rosters

The afternoon shift offers afternoon pay rates and the unique working hours of 2pm - 12am Monday through Thursday, giving you your morning's back and a long weekend, every weekend
