australia sydney contract negotiableOur client is a leading financial services firm seeking a skilled Documentation Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

The current rate on offer is $350 + super per day.

In this role you will be supporting the Client Service team, located in Sydney, as a Documentation Service Officer.

In this position you will be accountable to provide high class service experience to local, regional and global clients from Financial Institutions and Corporate segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ability to understand the documentary account maintenance requirements for FI and Corporate clients. Be the first point of contact for the clients and offshore branches for all documentary matters.
Managing client documentation requests, including but not limited to account maintenance, Electronic Payment Signatory Form set ups, addition and removal for signatories etc
Sound knowledge of Company documentation including Board Resolutions, Certificate of Incumbency, Company Extracts.
Ability to interpret Global documentation requirements and action accordingly
Have sound problem solving skills and should be able to comprehend client's needs and respond in timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will:

Hands on experience in documentary/KYC/client service management in a financial institution or similar.
Good knowledge of Banking documentation and products, including domestic and c border payments.
A track record of managing and building client relationships and internal partners.
Strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent process and analytical skills, eye for detail with the ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships across diverse teams.
