About the Role
The Safety and Accreditation Administrator will be responsible for the coordination of the Festivals safety administration system.

They will assist in accreditation operations, ensuring that all deadlines and scheduling are met along with providing support to the Accreditation team.

This is a Temporary Full Time 3-month contract position from January - March 2024


Duties:


  • Manage the Festival safety induction program, including ensuring that all safety induction accreditation cards are issued to stakeholders and manage all Accreditation program administration
  • Ensure accurate databases and records are kept of all safety induction training and cards issued, and that records can be easily accessed at all times
  • Assist the production team managers on the coordination and collation of supplier / contractor / agency risk and insurance documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated professional experience in planning, project management and communication
  • Demonstrated coordination and organisational skills in the event industry.
  • Ability to read site plans.
  • Ability to meet short deadlines and maintain high level of work standards.
