Customer Technical Support Specialist:


Sydney NSW

$70,000 - $80,000 Annually

Your duties and tasks:

  • Delivering toptier technical support to valued customers.
  • Ensuring client readiness for technical releases to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
  • Providing regular and adhoc reports for internal stakeholders.

What you've done:

  • Proven experience in technical support.
  • A solid understanding of the Australian financial markets.
  • Familiarity with technical systems, protocols, or infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in a customer serviceoriented and deliveryfocused environment.
  • Knowledge of Participant systems, operations, and connectivity models across Front, Middle, or Back Office environments.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, including experience in data collation and report writing for management.
And if you've got some of this, even better:

  • A technical mindset with exposure to networking concepts.
  • Experience with FIX or other financial communication protocols.
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Experience using call logging and tracking systems.
