Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Junior Market Research Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analysing data, and translating your findings into a comprehensive business plan.
Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our business strategies and decisions.Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather data on consumer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing patterns through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and develop a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Monitor and track competitor activities, product offerings, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business goals and align research efforts accordingly.
- Synthesise research findings into clear and actionable recommendations for business strategy development.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan that outlines market opportunities, competitive positioning, revenue projections, and growth strategies.
- Create visually appealing and informative presentations to communicate research results and business plan to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies based on your research insights to effectively target and engage the identified audience segments.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments to ensure the business plan remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications & skills required:
- Currently enrolled as a university student in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Knowledge in current technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Detailoriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using market research tools and software is a plus.
- A keen interest in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and market dynamics.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
